All orders are subject to the standard terms and conditions as set forth below.



Payment Terms and Prices:


All mailed in orders must be accompanied with full payment or payment information. If the order is over $200, payment must be money order or certified check. Core Living Essentials accepts Visa and MasterCard. All prices are subject to change without notice.


Deliveries/Risk of Loss:


Buyer shall pay for shipping of all merchandise ordered to buyer's specified address. All items ordered from Core Living Essentials, are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for those items pass onto the buyer upon the seller's delivery to the carrier.


Force Majeure:


Core Living Essentials is not liable in damages or otherwise for delays or defaults in deliveries due to any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond its control, including but not limited to, fires, floods, accidents, riots, war, governmental interference, acts of God, strikes, power shortages, failure of carrier to deliver, and the like.


Cancellation Policy:


To cancel an order, please send a detailed email about the order to If the order has not been shipped, it will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has already been shipped, see guidelines for our refund policy.


Refund Policy:

If the product does not conform to its specification in any way, or is defective, please contact us 435-623-1162 to arrange return shipping at our expense. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept the return, but return-shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns require previous authorization and an RA number from Core Living Essentials. Items shipped to us without an RA number will be refused. Any product that has been used or partially used is not returnable. You will be notified when we receive your return for proper credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
