“I have enjoyed Kristena very much. She is an amazing woman, so confident and interesting to listen to. She is so talented in many areas. She has helped me to understand my spouse and myself at a deeper level. Kristena is someone I could trust and feel she is capable of going to higher levels in anything she undertakes and she is willing to help others do the same.”
“Kristena is a very thoughtful and insightful person and instructor. She has helped me to learn much about others and myself through her compassionate teaching.”
“Kristena has the ability to listen compassionately. She identifies underlying issues and gives good and useful council. Kristena is full of knowledge, forethought and great information. She is down- to -earth and speaks on everyone’s level. She is fun to listen to and I go away from her classes a better person. I have found Kristena to be very informative and very interesting to listen to.“
“Kristena is an amazing teacher. She has the ability to make us laugh at our own stupidity and then gives us a path that we can easily follow for change. She has a way to motivate us to want to be better people. I have been married for more than half of my life and have now learned a way to deeply love my spouse and find peace in my life.”

I was reading your advice on KSL to the depressing man with thoughts of suicide. I thought it was good, but could I share one piece of advice that was overlooked that could be helpful to your readers/clients? Please teach people that they are agents, not objects. An agent has the power to change. As children of God, we can all access Divine power beyond our own. Please teach people that they must do what they can in life; it’s not just about learning new thought processes to deal with one’s overwhelmingly difficult circumstances. Each of us, no matter our trial, must strive each day to do what they can to improve the life of someone else. The life of Christ taught us to DO (“If any man will do His will, then he shall know of the doctrine….”), to turn outward, not inward and to not focus on the things we cannot do, but rather, to do what we can. Daily doing constructive things will lead to true purpose, provide a fertile ground for greater hope and give assurance to those who struggle that their life truly is worthwhile..
