When life feels like more than we can handle, here are a few ideas to get life up and running again.
Journal your feelings. This is good because it can help us see if what we are feeling is accurate. When we are in grief it is hard to see the entire picture. Plus we can capture the good moments in life.
Make a list of all things and people you love.This can get our heart feeling open to greater love and possibilities.
Remember activities you used to enjoy- This can bring tremendous memories, and a great opportunity to share your love with friends and family.
Ask for professional help. If you are having a hard time making sense out of these hardships please reach out to a professional. Our family and friends may be struggling with the same feelings so they may not have the ability to help carry the load.
Something to keep in mind about life being hard. If it was easy most of us would take the easy route all the time. Stop for a moment and think about all the hard experiences in your life.

Are we to keep trying or are we to move on to something else. A great question to ask yourself. Don’t give up even if it is hard. For example, thinking that you can never be happy again might be what you feel at the moment, and it’s valid. But this is something you don’t know will happen. Dwelling on this type of thought could lead you to experience even more intense emotional pain.
